Mr. Ferreira shares our passion that is human development, and works by creating bridges between Analytical Psychology and business.

For eight 8 years he has applied himself to the development of people, leaders and organizations. Living in Switzerland since 2014, he is also member of the team of analysts working at the MBA Student Development Program at IMD Business School in Lausanne.

He previously worked for more than 20 years in the corporate Market, at multinational companies in the information technology industry, holding leadership positions. Mr. Ferreira was the head of the leadership development program at the iPL – Institute of Performance and Leadership – and consultant to the leadership development program of The Great Place to Work Institute in Brazil.

With a degree in Computer Science from USP, he has a master degree in Clinical Psychology from PUC-SP and is a Diploma Candidate in Analytical Psychology at the C.G. Jung Institut, in Zurich.
