Coaching is primarily intended to support the development of individual’s skills based on her/his goals.

To us at Inneraction, Coaching is a process that is built against a background of self-knowledge and increased awareness, thus making possible new reflections about oneself and one’s relations with the world, as well as new attitudes.

Executive Coaching focuses primarily on supporting leaders in their role of change agents.

The methodology is based on three main steps:




Alignment: identification of the current situation, goals and challenges to be addressed.

Direction: interactive work meetings based on increased awareness, identification of mental models, development of creative alternatives and support to possible changes in attitude.

Consolidation: assessment of the progress made and consolidation of the established goals.
