Mr. Lucas joined Inneraction as a partner in 2015, driven by the same interest in transforming people and organizations.

He works with strategic consulting on leadership and engagement contributing especially with his pragmatism, practicality and clarity, being able to combine management and leadership practices in highly complex strategic projects.

He previously worked for more than 26 years in the corporate market, holding positions in management, sales and business development at national and multinational companies in the telecommunications and information technology industries such as Promon Tecnologia, Cisco Systems and Microsoft. He was a founding partner of Netstream (now AT & T LA) and Optiglobe (today Tivit, the first Brazilian Internet Data Center).

With a degree in Computer Sciences from USF, Mr. Lucas has a graduate degree in Marketing and Products from ESPM and an MBA in Management and Entrepreneurship from Fundação Dom Cabral, besides having attended the extension program at the University of British Columbia (Sauder Business School Canada).
