Career Coaching explores, guides, makes more conscious, clarifies and builds career directions seeking greater harmony with the individual purpose and goals.

The methodology is based on three main steps:

Alignment: identification of the current situation, goals and challenges to be addressed.

Direction: interactive work meetings based on increased awareness, identification of mental models, development of creative alternatives and support to possible changes in attitude.

Consolidation: assessment of the progress made and consolidation of the established goals.
